March 2010

Plymouth Chamber of Commerce Expo March 2010

Thank you for entering our drawing for the custom built wine rack by Chestnut Bay Cabinets! The lucky winners were the wonderful folks that own and operate the Jenney Grist Mill. Although you did not win this time, you still have an opportunity to be a winner if you have any custom woodworking needs be it kitchens, cabinets, built-ins or custom closets.

If you have the chance please stop by our showroom and manufacturing facility located at 20A Village Common Drive in East Falmouth and see where the Chestnut Bay Cabinet team makes and displays our custom pieces.

If you have any questions or know of someone looking for a custom piece that they just can't seem to find please give me a call or check out our website at www.chestnutbaycabinets.com .

Thank you again for stopping by our booth and entering our drawing! I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Regards,

Michael O'Rourke

CNC, Uno 1302? What does all that mean?

I was reviewing our website and I read the following paragraph in our product and services section:

"After the CAD drawings are approved and final selections made, our high-tech Fox 48 CNC machinery reads and manufactures these components and precisely cuts all of the cabinet parts. The finishing process begins with extensive sanding and filing, as the cabinets are put through our Holzher Uno 1302 banding machine so that all edges are finished."

I thought to myself, that's pretty cool but what does that mean to my customer? What impact does this have on their projects?

The access to and utilization of this equipment allows Chestnut Bay to provide you with the highest quality product at the best and most competitive price. Now that's something everyone can understand.
