PRODUCTS

Our design staff and ingenuity has led us to four lines of cabinetry, frameless, framed, inset, framed beaded inset, and our own modified frameless which enjoys the economy of frameless and the tradition of framed cabinetry. We also offer custom built-in closet organizers, bath vanities, entertainment centers and dressers. If you can dream it, we can build it!

DESIGN

Our staff works with you from concept discussion to product use in your home. We are able to transform your drawings or concepts from scratch, creating cabinetry that is functionally practical and enhances your quality of life. Architectural CAD drawings will be drawn up, presented, and fully explained for your review, noting all details and finish selections until you are ready to give final approval for manufacture.

MANUFACTURING & FINISHING

After the CAD drawings are approved and final selections made, our high-tech Fox 48 CNC machinery reads and manufactures these components and precisely cuts all of the cabinet parts. The finishing process begins with extensive sanding and filing, as the cabinets are put through our Holzher Uno 1302 banding machine so that all edges are finished. After that the pieces are assembled by our team of cabinetmakers using dado and rabbet joints and assembled with glue and screws. Next the components are taken into our on-site paint booth, where they receive first a sealer and a primer coat, followed by paint. These processes are repeated until the cabinets are ready to receive a final finishing coat. Finishes are available in a wide range of colors and durable finishes including water borne finishes and milk paint.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

All components are carefully wrapped with corner protection and loaded onto our truck. Careful loading practices and padding are critical to the integrity of the product. The product is then delivered to your site; if you require installation our trained crews of all trades are available.

CABINET REFINISHING & REFACING

Chestnut Bay Cabinets is happy to offer it's clients the result of a virtually new kitchen through cabinet refinishing and refacing. We will work with your existing cabinetry to find a refinish option that will provide your kitchen with a whole new look at a fraction of the cost of replacing. We can increase the function of your kitchen by updating hardware, installing kitchen cabinet accessories and repairing damaged components.
